This is considering the mapped drives were created under a login dissimilar from the administrator login.

Solution

Withal how ridiculous it is that running as Administrator gives yous fewer permissions than other users and prevents yous from seeing the mapped drives, the solution is a simple alter to the registry. Alternatively, you can login as Administrator and remap the drives.

Irresolute the Registry for EnableLinkedConnections

Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System, create or set up the EnableLinkedConnections value (a DWORD 32-bit number) to 1.
